Bottle Blow Moulding Machine:
The bottle blowing machine is designed for efficient and stable PET bottle production. Its working principle is based on stretch blow molding technology. PET preforms are first heated and softened by an infrared heating system, then conveyed into the bottle blowing mold. At the same time, high-pressure air is injected into the heated preform, causing it to expand uniformly and fit closely to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and shaping, the preform is formed into the final bottle.
The bottle blowing machine is composed of a complete and reliable system, including a preform heating system, preform conveying system, bottle blowing mold, stretch blow molding system, cooling system (chiller), air compressor, air storage tank, refrigerated air dryer, and air filter. All components work together to ensure stable operation and consistent bottle quality.
For bottle molds, we offer full customization services. Bottle molds can be designed in any shape according to customer requirements. By simply changing the mold, one machine can be used to produce multiple bottle types, improving flexibility and reducing investment costs.

Water Treatment:
Water treatment systems can be classified into several types, including reverse osmosis water treatment machines, ultrafiltration water treatment machines, bipolar reverse osmosis systems, reverse osmosis systems with EDI electrolysis devices, reverse osmosis systems with electrolysis devices for producing weakly alkaline water, and seawater desalination water treatment systems. In a bottled water filling line, a reverse osmosis water treatment machine is usually configured as the core purification equipment.
The working principle of reverse osmosis water treatment is based on membrane separation technology. Under high pressure, raw water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane, effectively removing dissolved salts, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities, thereby producing high-purity water that meets bottled water production standards.
The reverse osmosis water treatment system is composed of a complete set of components, including a raw water tank, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softening filter, precision filter, reverse osmosis membrane, ultraviolet sterilizer, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower, and pure water tank. Each component plays an important role in ensuring stable operation and consistent water quality.

3-in-1 water filling machine:
The three-in-one water filling machine integrates rinsing, filling, and capping into one complete system and operates with a stable and efficient working principle. Empty bottles are first blown into the main machine by a fan through the air conveying system. The bottles enter the rinsing section after being turned upside down for internal cleaning. With the rotation of the dial wheel, the bottles are then transferred to the filling section. After completing one full rotation in the filling area, the bottles are accurately filled. At the same time, the capping machine delivers loose caps to the capping section, where the caps meet the filled bottles. Through a mechanical hanging structure, the caps are positioned on the bottle mouths and then tightened securely in the capping section. Finally, the finished bottles are conveyed out of the main machine by the conveying line and sent to the next processing equipment.
The three-in-one water filling machine is mainly composed of the main machine frame integrating the rinsing section, filling section, and capping section, as well as the bottle inlet air conveying system, chain plate lifting capping machine, bottle outlet chain plate conveying system, and lamp inspection device. All components are designed to work together to ensure stable operation and reliable performance.

Labeling Machine:
Labeling machines can be classified according to label types. There are four main types of labels: self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeve labels, hot melt adhesive OPP labels, and paper labels. Accordingly, there are four types of labeling machines, including self-adhesive labeling machines, shrink sleeve labeling machines, OPP hot melt adhesive labeling machines, and cold glue paper label labeling machines. We supply labeling machines only. Customers can purchase labels separately, and we can also assist customers in sourcing labels if required.
Different bottle shapes and bottle sizes require different labeling machine configurations, and the labeling method also affects machine selection. Common labeling applications include single-label labeling for round bottles, single-label two-sided labeling, single-label three-sided labeling, double-label front and back two-sided labeling, and bottles with three labels. Each application requires a corresponding labeling machine design to ensure accurate and stable labeling.
The labeling machine is usually used together with a coding machine, which prints the production date and batch information on the bottles. Through the conveying system, the labeling machine is connected with the filling machine at the front end and the shrink wrapping machine at the back end, forming a continuous production line. Based on the production line speed, bottle shape, and label size, we can recommend the most suitable labeling machine model for customers.

Shrink Wrapping Machine:
The shrink wrapping machine is used to package loose bottles into groups for easy handling and transportation. Its working principle is based on an integrated structure consisting of a conveying section, bottle separating section, shrink wrapping section, and shrink oven. The conveying section of the shrink wrapping machine is designed with a wider structure and is directly connected to the production line conveyor. A bottle separating plate is installed on the conveyor, and together with the bottle separating and grouping devices, the bottles are divided into specified groups before entering the shrink wrapping section.
In the shrink wrapping section, each group of bottles is wrapped with film and then immediately transferred into the shrink oven. The shrink oven adopts an electric heating method, allowing the film to shrink tightly around the grouped bottles. Through this process, individual bottles are securely packed together, making storage and transportation more convenient and efficient.
The width of the shrink film is designed according to the required bottle grouping size specified by the customer. The grouping arrangement of bottles can be customized in various forms, with the most common configurations being 3×4 = 12 bottles per group and 4×6 = 24 bottles per group.
Shrink wrapping machines can be classified into different types according to packaging requirements, including transparent film shrink wrapping machines, colored film shrink wrapping machines with printed patterns, and shrink wrapping machines equipped with bottom trays.

Palletizer, Pallet Dispenser, and Pallet Wrapping Machine:
Palletizer
The palletizer is used to automatically stack film-wrapped bottles onto pallets. Bottles are picked up one by one and placed in a preset arrangement on the pallet. The pallets are automatically supplied by the pallet dispenser. After a complete pallet is stacked, it is transferred by roller conveyor to the turntable of the pallet wrapping machine. When the photoelectric sensor detects the pallet in position, the turntable begins to rotate and stretch film is wrapped around the stacked bottles. This process improves pallet stability during transportation, prevents bottles from falling, and makes it convenient for forklifts to transport the pallets to warehouses or supermarkets.
There are various types of palletizers available. According to the gripping method, palletizers can use air-pressure suction or robotic arm gripping. In terms of structure, there are column-type palletizers and gantry-type palletizers. Column-type palletizers are suitable for small-scale production lines, while gantry-type palletizers are designed for large-scale production lines and offer higher stability and load-bearing capacity.
Pallet Dispenser
The pallet dispenser is designed to automatically supply and position pallets, which serve as the base trays for supporting stacked bottles. If partition boards are required between layers, an additional machine is needed to handle this function. Bottom pallets and partition boards can also be placed manually; however, using automated pallet dispensing equipment significantly improves efficiency and reduces labor costs.
Pallet Wrapping Machine
Pallet wrapping machines are mainly divided into rotating pallet wrapping machines and non-rotating arm-type pallet wrapping machines. If the pallet can rotate stably during wrapping, a standard rotating pallet wrapping machine can be selected. For very tall pallets or unstable loads where rotation may cause products to fall, a non-rotating arm-type pallet wrapping machine is recommended. The arm-type wrapping machine wraps stretch film around the pallet through the rotation of the wrapping arm, making it suitable for high pallets or pallets with irregular shapes.
