Shrink wrapping machines are typically positioned at the end of the production line. A standard machine consists of a bottle infeed conveyor, a film wrapping section, and a shrink oven. The infeed conveyor is equipped with dividing plates to arrange bottles into multiple rows. After a group of bottles is wrapped in film by the wrapping section, they immediately enter the shrink oven. The oven uses electric heating to tightly shrink the film around the product group, transforming loose bottles into a secure, stable bundle that streamlines handling and transportation.
The selection of a shrink wrapping machine should be based on the speed of your filling machine to ensure seamless line integration and meet production throughput requirements.

On the film wrapping machine or carton packaging machine, there is a bottle infeed conveyor. The conveyor is equipped with bottle dividing plates, allowing it to transport round bottles smoothly. A large number of round bottles can pass evenly through each partition under the conveyor's drive. Since round bottles roll easily, this smooth passage is achievable.
However, if the customer's bottles are square, bottle jams are likely to occur during conveying, and the bottles cannot be evenly distributed to each channel. In such cases, a bottle lane divider is required. The bottle lane divider can evenly distribute bottles to each channel through the swinging motion of a servo motor and the counting function of a photoelectric PLC system.
