Oil bottles can be packed in cartons or by film wrapping, among other methods. We can supply the complete packing system along with a Robot Palletizer.
Oil Bottle Carton Packing System:
The system consists of a carton erector, a bottle loading machine, and a carton sealing machine. The carton erector unfolds the flat cardboard into a box, then the bottle loader places the oil bottles into the box via grippers, and finally the sealer applies tape to close the carton. This system automates the packaging process, improves packaging efficiency, and ensures product safety and quality.

Oil Bottle Film Shrink Wrapping Machine:
The equipment consists of a bottle feeding conveyor section, a bottle sorting section, a film cutting and packing section, a shrink heating tunnel, a fan cooling section, a roller conveyor output section, along with electric and pneumatic control systems. It operates on the principle of film shrinking through controlled heating.
The entire packaging process involves photoelectric sensor detection, PLC processing of the collected signals, conveyor belt transport of bottles, partition-based division of bottles into rows, and the pushing of bottles for grouping and wrapping.
