We offer both standard capping machines and the advanced Tracking Servo Screw Capping Machine. The system consists of a carton erector, a bottle loading machine, and a carton sealing machine. The equipment consists of a bottle feeding conveyor section, a bottle sorting section, a film cutting and packing section, a shrink heating tunnel, a fan cooling section, a roller conveyor output section, along with electric and pneumatic control systems. It operates on the principle of film shrinking through controlled heating.
The entire packaging process involves photoelectric sensor detection, PLC processing of the collected signals, conveyor belt transport of bottles, partition-based division of bottles into rows, and the pushing of bottles for grouping and wrapping.
