There are two primary types of cartons: one-piece cardboard (flat blanks) and prefabricated cardboard (pre-glued cases). Please refer to the following diagrams. For one-piece cardboard, a machine system is required to fold the flat blank, insert the bottles, and then apply glue to seal the carton. For prefabricated cardboard, the process requires a carton opener, a carton loading machine, and a carton sealer.

This integrated carton packaging line includes a carton erector, bottle/can packer, carton sealer, carton corner edge sealer, labeling machine, and strapping machine. This machine is suitable for cartons of the same specification to automatically open, fold, and form the carton, then seal the bottom with tape. It features manual size adjustment, simple operation, ease of use, quick setup, fast box forming, high efficiency, and sturdy construction. It can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into an automated packaging line.

1. Reliable Operation:
This machine utilizes specialized pneumatic components to execute the pick-and-place of products. Through integrated mechanical operation and pneumatic-electrical control, it accurately and reliably loads products from the infeed platform into the waiting carton.
2. Smooth Operation:
The entire packing cycle is driven by variable frequency motors, which independently operate different mechanical mechanisms to lift, transfer, and lower products. Combined with pneumatic, electrical, and photoelectric controls, this achieves full automation. The coordinated movements are smooth and precise. Operation modes include manual carton feeding, automatic carton feeding, and continuous high-speed packing.
3. Grasping Operation:
It features both manual and automatic operational modes. Advantages include operational safety, a compact footprint, and a large working space. Equipped with multiple protective functions, it responds promptly to faults. For example, it will automatically pause if bottles are insufficient on the incoming conveyor or infeed platform; it will also shut down automatically in case of bottle jams or carton misplacement.
PLC Control System:
The system is managed by a computer-controlled PLC program, offering simple operation and stable performance. It provides convenient control, streamlined design, and reduces both labor quantity and intensity, making it indispensable for automated production lines.
Bottle Grasper:
The bottle gripper is specially designed according to different bottle shapes. It features an airbag-style gripping head that prevents bottle damage and dropping while maintaining low air consumption. The grasping action is driven by servo motors for vertical and horizontal movement, with a designed height difference between the gripping area and the box-filling section to accommodate various bottle types.
Lifting System:
A PLC sensor system ensures correct bottle orientation and enhances the precision of lifting and dropping. A stepper drive motor allows adjustment of lifting and horizontal movement speeds, enabling low-speed grasping and dropping with intermediate-speed travel. This speed optimization ensures high efficiency alongside stable performance.
Conveyor:
Driven by an asynchronous motor, the conveyor system uses inverters and contactors for control based on different requirements. It facilitates automatic bottle supply, automatic bottle arranging, automatic carton supply, and automatic packed carton output.

Drop Down Type Automatic Bottle/Can Packer in Carton
This machine adopts advanced processing technology and software technology. This drop-down carton packer is used for the automatic packing of various glass or plastic bottles, cans, barrels, and other products into opened empty carton boxes. It is suitable for the carton packing process in water, beverage, oil, and other production lines, and is also applicable for bottle/can-shaped product carton packing in other industries.
The drop-down type carton packer is a machine with strong compatibility, capable of handling different specifications of cartons and bottles. According to packing requirements, products are automatically arranged. The entire mechanism then transports the products to the top of the empty carton box and opens the product support device to allow the products to drop naturally into the carton.

Automatic Folding Carton Bottom-top Tape Sealing Machine
Product Description:
The FXJ series carton sealing machine is primarily designed for carton packaging and sealing. It can function as a standalone unit or be integrated into a production line. It is widely used in industries such as electrical machinery, textiles, food, retail, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Utilizing adhesive tape makes it an economical, highly efficient, and easily adjustable solution. It seals both the top and bottom of the carton simultaneously in one pass, and product presentation can be enhanced by using printed sealing tapes.
Features:
When changing carton sizes, manual positioning is required. The machine then automatically folds the carton's top and rear flaps swiftly, without folding the corners. The folded flaps are stable and aesthetically pleasing. Motors on both sides automatically drive high-strength PVC gripping tape, feeding it onto the carton for sealing, completing the top and bottom sealing action in one operation.
This machine adopts a pneumatic device to achieve automatic folding of the rear flap. It offers reliable performance, convenient operation, and simple maintenance. It can operate independently or be combined with an unmanned automatic strapping machine and conveyor to form an automatic sealing and packaging production line. The tape sealing is flat, firm, standardized, and attractive, and will not tear the carton.
